We want your Chi Cleanse order to arrive smoothly. This policy explains how processing, delivery, tracking, and shipping issues are handled.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary by product, supplier location, weekends, holidays, and periods of high demand. You will receive a shipping confirmation when tracking becomes available.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and any estimated delivery window are shown at checkout for your delivery address. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When a carrier provides tracking, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives a parcel.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started and are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Delays, damage, or missing packages

Carrier delays can occur because of customs, weather, service disruptions, or other events outside our control. If tracking shows no meaningful update, an order arrives damaged, or a package appears to be missing, email us with your order number and relevant photographs when applicable. We will review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner and explain the available resolution.
